Profile

I started my career by making quilt tapestry for my son’s first birthday.

Since then, I have been dedicated myself to produce various quilts from

small items for everyday use to big pieces for contest as well as teaching

the joy of quilting at my classes.

I am very talented at trapunto technique and French bout which are

described as fabric sculpture and also whitequilt.

I value to create shades on the fabric and to quilt every stich carefully

and graciously.

For me, quilting is like a prayer and l pour all my passion and emotion

into it.

I egident in Ishikawa, Japan.

my students every 2 and half year.

Quilt i 30 år

Jeg bor i Japan, Ishikawa ken, Komatsu-city.

Jeg har begyndt Patchwork Quilt da jeg fik det først barn.

Siden jeg har arbejdet med brugsting i hverdagen og har startet med at undervise quilt i privat 1990.

Jeg underviser quilt privat med mål som ” Quilt er sjov” og i siden af undervisningen udfordrer jeg mig selv ved at lave en stor quilt ting til udstilling i konkurrence.

Min bedste kunde er Boutis og Trapunto quilt som man kalder ” Skulptur af stof”.

Jeg sætter stor pris på at sy forsigtigt det ene sting efter det andet sting for at give skygge,

Jeg laver produkter med tanke

Jeg blev valgt til at deltage flere gange i konkurrence i Japan og udland

1996 blev jeg valgt til ”Quilt Japan Teddybjørn konkurrence”
